Returns

At Slide-U Redprint, we believe in creating pieces that are made to be worn with confidence. If your order isn't quite right, we'll make the return process as straightforward as possible.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed.
  • In its original condition.
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging.
  • Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Final Sale

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or washed garments.
  • Final sale or discounted items.
  • Gift cards.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you'll be notified of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us with:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once approved, we'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Slide-U Redprint cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something isn't right with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a short description of the issue. We'll review your request and make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow our standard return process.
